Title: Brochette of Chicken

24ozChicken breast -- cut in 1"
  Cubes
1/2bnFresh parsley -- finely
  Chopped
1tsFresh garlic -- minced
1/2tsCumin
  Salt and white pepper -- to
  Taste
3/4cOlive oil
2drYellow food coloring
8 8"
  Skewer sticks

Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken. Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender, about five minutes.
